Nine PSA-registered authenticators on staff, including two former BGS graders. Every card over $1,000 is reviewed by at least two graders before it lists, cross-checked against current PSA, BGS, and SGC population reports, and photographed by four full-time staff photographers so the listing you see is the card that ships.

What is your return policy on graded cards?
Every card ships with a written authenticity guarantee and a 14-day inspection window. If the grade, authenticity, or condition does not match the listing, we cover return shipping and refund in full — no restocking fee. Our 0.03% return rate across 180,000+ cards shipped since 2009 is the lowest in the industry.
Do you really offer free PSA cross-grades?
Yes. On any card over $2,500, we submit to PSA on your behalf within 60 days of purchase and absorb the grading fee, return shipping, and reholdering cost — a $50+ value we cover. If the card comes back at the grade we represented, the slab is yours; if it upgrades, we refund the difference.
How is shipping handled, and is insurance included?
Every order ships in a screw-down case with a sealed card sleeve and a tamper-evident label. Orders over $500 include full insurance at no charge. The label prints within 4.2 hours of order placement on average — less than a quarter of the industry median of 18 hours.
Do you run a wholesale or dealer program?
We supply 340+ card shops across 38 U.S. states with wholesale graded inventory on Net-30 terms. Dealers apply through the Wholesale page and gain access to bulk inventory, weekly drop lists, and consignment pricing not available on the public site.
Can I sell my collection to the vault?
Yes. We buy raw and graded collections outright or on consignment. Submit your inventory through the Sell to Us page with photos and current PSA/BGS/SGC cert numbers — most collections receive a written offer within 48 hours, and consignments go live on the vault within five business days.
